Redemptions. Romantic archive of lost photos. Live.
Here we are, the time has come to animate the Roman living room of Frab's and we are really happy (and proud) to have as our first guests the Italian milestones of the type of publishing we love.
The appointment on Saturday 6 November (6.30 pm at Contemporary Cluster - via merulana 248) will see as the protagonist "Redemptions. Romantic Archive of lost photos", the first book created by RVM Hub.
To tell us about it there will be its curator Ivana Marrone, Agnese Porto, director of RVM, Valerio Millefoglie, writer, author and director of Archivio Magazine, and Giulia Tagliaferri, photographer, who will tell us about a similar project.
How do family photos end up on flea market stalls? And from here to becoming the protagonists of a book? What role does vernacular photography play in telling the story of the twentieth century?
These are just some of the questions we will try to answer on Saturday. At the end of the talk, there will be the live performance by Valerio Millefoglie, which will allow us to immerse ourselves literally and with all the senses, among the pages of the volume.
See you on Saturday in Rome, but if you really can't be there, Riscatti you can find it HERE.
