Boom Saloon # 5

3.100 kr

Boom Saloon is a Scottish creativity magazine featuring numerous community projects from around the world. Boom Saloon is in fact the homonymous creative studio based in Edinburgh, Scotland, which carries out its work with a social mission: to develop projects deeply rooted in disadvantaged communities or with the help of creatives who have no tools to emerge.

The Boom Saloon magazine is the magazine with which the studio presents its projects and tells the contexts where its interventions took place. Inside we find the presentation of a substantial number of projects in various disciplines, from urban redesign, to architecture, to museum curatorship, to photography, to some reflections on communities that are in particular difficulty.

The magazine is a well-curated editorial subject, with interesting textual insights and a captivating photographic component. The authors are the collaborators of Boom Saloon who from all over the world carry out projects for this studio.

It is a magazine suitable for curious creatives, interested in the social aspects and functions of creativity rather than the technical concepts behind it.
