The Simple Things n. 116
The Simple Things is the magazine of three advertisers from Croydon in South London who, tired of working for a large agency that had the sole purpose of creating magazines that had to "sell something", decided to start their own business by founding their own advertising agency and giving life to The Simple Things.
In this monthly magazine they have enclosed all their love for little things, celebrating the slow life and the joy of enjoying every space we are lucky enough to live. They tell about their simplest and most intimate passions: dinners based on good food with friends and relatives, local markets, their gardens, love for vintage objects and furnishings.
Inside each issue a lot of tips and ideas to recycle, cook, relax, create handmade objects of any kind.

ISSUE 116 - GLIMPSE
Sometimes, one look is all you need. A sign that the season is changing, a peek into someone else's world, a little understanding of a problem or a first snack of something you've never eaten before. These daily awakenings open our minds to fresh ideas and clearer thoughts, encourage us to get through the winter hibernation and move a little more, take on projects and get things done. It might be the snowdrops emerging from the frozen ground that trigger your optimism, but it could easily be discovering a new venture in your neighborhood or a piece of street art you haven't noticed before. All it takes is to keep your eyes and mind open, ready to embrace what comes your way.
